This place was exceptional. The actual place was serene, with a natural lake surrounded by beautiful trees. The house itself was impeccable, from the layout and finishes to the high-end furniture selection and design choices. There is no detail missed here. The small touches really made it feel like home, especially for furry friends, who have access to a pet bath, snacks on hand, leashes, and plenty of dog toys. We had such a peaceful stay and would love to come again.

I am so happy Jamie and April have shared this cabin with us! It is the perfect location to go explore the surrounding areas, but it is also the perfect place to come back and relax in. Everything about this place is so well thought out, well stocked, and so dog friendly! They thought of everything. If we ever make it back up this way to explore more, we will definitely stay again!

This beautiful log cabin set looking over a small pond is very peaceful and relaxing, with awesome porches. The house was very well stocked with cooking equipment, seasonings, and snacks to deodorant, shampoos, toothpaste etc. it’s also is the most pet friendly house rental I’ve stayed at, they had raised dog beds, a toy box full with dog toys, treats, leashes, bowls even a dog washing station, with shampoo and other grooming supplies!!!! We stayed and it got very cold out, so we hunkered down, lit the fireplace, enjoyed playing all the fun games in the game room (foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, ps2 and even an arcade with 100s of games), so we never felt bored. We also liked it felt more like a home vs a short term rental, where they stack bunks and extra beds in every room. We definitely plan on renting this home again.

Lago Vista is, by far, my favorite Airbnb to stay in Hot Springs Village. The neighborhood is peaceful and the house is spacious and so clean. The layout is great with a bedroom on either end of the main floor and another bedroom downstairs. There is a separate den area downstairs and a nice game room with foosball and air hockey! Jaime and April have thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals. The bathrooms are also well stocked. There are so many personal touches throughout the house that help make it feel like home. The view from the back deck is gorgeous, and there is lots of wildlife to observe. There are several good restaurants and bakeries in and around The Village. Jaime and April were so quick to respond to any questions I had and even provided an app with information about the rental and things to do. We will definitely be back.
